Team & Invites

Manage team members, assign roles, and send invitations.

Where to find team management

In the dashboard, navigate to Settings → Company. There you will find an overview of all team members and invitations.

Roles

There are three roles in ucited.ai:

  • Owner — Full access to all settings. Can change roles and manage billing.
  • Admin — Can invite members and manage clients and settings.
  • Member — Read and analysis access. Can adjust their own settings.

Inviting team members

You can invite new team members from the Company page:

  1. Enter the email address
  2. Choose a role (Admin or Member)
  3. Send the invitation

The invitee receives a link and can register directly — company and client access are already pre-configured.

Invitation status

On the Company page, you can see the status of each invitation:

  • Pending — Invitation was sent but not yet accepted
  • Accepted — The team member has registered and is active
  • Expired — The invitation link has expired and needs to be resent

Managing members

As an Owner or Admin, you can change roles or remove members from the company. These actions are also available on the Company page.

Only Owners and Admins can invite team members and manage roles. Members do not have access to these features.
