AI Models

Understand how to filter dashboard data by AI model.

Available Models

The dashboard loads available models from the active model registry. Coverage includes chat interfaces and API models. The model filter selects models for analysis; each prompt’s settings determine which models run and when. Paused models may still have historical data.

Filtering Models in the Top Bar

There is no separate AI Models page in the dashboard anymore. Model selection lives in the All models dropdown in the top bar of supported dashboard pages. Use it to choose which models are included in the current view:

  1. Click All models in the top bar to open the dropdown
  2. Toggle individual models with the checkboxes
  3. Changes apply immediately — no save needed

The model filter does not change which data is collected. It only narrows the current page analysis. If no model is explicitly selected, all models are included.

When Should You Filter by Model?

In most cases, the combined view is useful. Filtering down to individual models helps when you want to understand differences more precisely:

  • Focused analysis — You want to view visibility at a specific model in isolation, e.g. only ChatGPT.
  • Irrelevant model — A model is not relevant to your target audience (e.g. if your audience exclusively uses Google Gemini).
  • Data simplification — Fewer models can make dashboard views cleaner and easier to read.

Impact on Your Data

Model selection affects only views that have a model dimension:

  • Overview and Share of Voice — SOV, trend, model comparison, and prompt views are narrowed to the selected models
  • Citations — cited pages and domains are filtered by the selected models
  • Search Behavior — web search queries and related prompts are filtered by model
  • Shopping — offers only the models that deliver product cards (ChatGPT and Copilot); if just one of them is active, the page shows a fixed pill instead of a dropdown
Recommendation

Keep the combined All models view active for a complete picture of your AI visibility. Use the model comparison on the Share of Voice page when you want to evaluate individual models separately.
