AI Models
Choose which AI models to include in your monitoring.
Available Models
ucited.ai tracks your brand’s visibility across four leading AI models:
- ChatGPT — OpenAI’s conversational AI model. One of the most widely used AI models worldwide.
- Google Gemini — Google’s multimodal AI model, integrated into Google Search and other Google products.
- Perplexity — AI-powered search engine that delivers answers with source references. Particularly relevant for citations.
- Microsoft Copilot — Microsoft’s AI assistant, integrated into Bing and the Microsoft ecosystem.

Toggling Models On and Off
The LLM filter lives in the toolbar at the top of every dashboard page (Overview, Prompts, Citations). Use it to choose which models are included in your data:
- Click the model pill to open the dropdown
- Toggle individual models with the checkboxes
- Changes apply immediately — no save needed
If no model is explicitly selected, all models are included. The model selection applies to all your clients.
When Should I Disable a Model?
In most cases, we recommend keeping all models enabled. However, there are situations where limiting the selection can be useful:
- Focused analysis — You want to view visibility at a specific model in isolation, e.g. only ChatGPT.
- Irrelevant model — A model is not relevant to your target audience (e.g. if your audience exclusively uses Google Gemini).
- Data simplification — Fewer models can make dashboard views cleaner and easier to read.
Important
When you disable a model, its data is hidden from all dashboard views — not deleted. You can re-enable the model at any time to see the data again.
Impact on Your Data
The model selection affects all dashboard views:
- Share of Voice — Only data from selected models is included in the SOV
- Mentions — Mentions heatmap shows only data from active models
- SOV by AI Model — Only selected models appear in the breakdown
- Prompt Performance — Performance data is based on active models
Recommendation
Keep all models enabled to get a complete picture of your AI visibility. Use the SOV by AI Model view to analyze data model-specifically without needing to disable models.
