Onboarding & Setup
From your first login to a fully configured dashboard.
Registration
Create your account with email and password. Alternatively, if you received an invitation link from a teammate, your account will automatically be assigned to the correct company.
Create a company
During onboarding, you enter the name of your organization. The company is the top-level entity — all clients, team members, and billing are managed through it.
Choose a plan
Select your plan:
- Tester — 10 active prompts and 500 credits per month
- Starter — 35 active prompts and 750 credits per month
- Pro — 100 active prompts and 1200 credits per month
All self-serve plans include the same dashboard features; they mainly differ by prompt capacity and credits. Payment is handled via Stripe. You can change your plan from the Billing page.
Set up clients & prompts
In the final step, you create your first client. This includes name, display name, location, language, websites, and competitors. Then you define the prompts you want to track. Prompts can be added one by one or pasted through bulk import.
Dashboard
Once onboarding is complete, you land directly on the dashboard. First results appear after the next data collection and processing run for your client.
Received an invitation?
If you joined via an invitation link, the company is already assigned. Depending on the invite and workspace setup, you either land directly in the dashboard or complete a few remaining setup steps.
