Onboarding & Setup

From your first login to a fully configured dashboard.

Registration

Create your account with email and password. Alternatively, if you received an invitation link from a teammate, your account will automatically be assigned to the correct company.

Create a company

During onboarding, you enter the name of your organization. The company is the top-level entity — all clients, team members, and billing are managed through it.

Set up your first client

Start with a short guided setup for your first client:

  1. Website — enter your domain. No website? You can enter the details by hand instead.
  2. Analysis — we scan the website and draft your brand profile automatically.
  3. Confirm — review or edit the brand name, short description, industry, country, and language. This identifies your brand and helps us tell real competitors from unrelated mentions.

Choose a plan or free trial

After you confirm the setup, continue to the plan page. Start a 7-day free trial with 400 credits and no card required, or select a paid plan:

  • Essential — 2,400 credits per month
  • Professional — 6,000 credits per month
  • Business — 18,000 credits per month

All self-serve plans include the same dashboards, models, and tools, with unlimited prompts; they differ in the monthly credit allowance, one shared pool for every scheduled model run and every on-demand tool, and in the number of active clients (Essential 3, Professional 5, Business 10; 1 on the trial). Paid plans require a card and are billed immediately at Stripe checkout; checkout never starts a trial. You can change your plan from the Billing page.

Launch tracking

Once a plan or the free trial is active, finish the launch setup:

  1. Topics — based on your profile, we suggest the topics worth tracking. Confirm the ones that fit and drop the rest.
  2. Prompts — for the confirmed topics, we suggest the questions to send to AI models. Review and toggle individual prompts before you finish. You can also add or import your own.

You do not set up competitors here. Competitors are discovered automatically once your answers come in, and you can manage them anytime on the Competitors page.

Admin setup for new companies

System admins choose between two paths when creating a company, and assign it a plan (self-serve, manual, or a custom credit allowance for negotiated deals):

  • Customer sets up (self-service) — The admin creates only the company, plan, and owner invite. After accepting the invite, the customer completes the domain-first setup, activates a plan or free trial where needed, and confirms topics and prompts to start data collection.
  • Done-for-you (set up now) — The admin creates clients with their brand profile, competitors, and selected prompts. The wizard then starts data collection for every client with at least one prompt; a client without prompts is shown honestly as not collecting.

Dashboard

Confirming your prompts starts the first collection for your client. The dashboard stays in a collecting state and unlocks automatically as soon as the first results arrive, usually within a few hours.

Received an invitation?

If you joined via an invitation link, the company is already assigned. Depending on the invite and workspace setup, you either land directly in the dashboard or complete a few remaining setup steps.
