Manage your subscription, compare plans, and view payment history.
Our plans
ucited.ai offers three self-serve plans. The product features are the same; the main differences are active prompts and monthly credits for metered tools:
- Tester — 10 active prompts and 500 credits per month.
- Starter — 35 active prompts and 750 credits per month.
- Pro (Best Value) — 100 active prompts and 1200 credits per month.
Prompt limits apply across all clients. Fanout, Citation Check, Citation Gaps, Prompt Research, and AI Readiness use credits.
Where to find billing
In the dashboard, navigate to Workspace → Billing. There you will find all information about your current plan, usage, and payments.
Changing your plan
Upgrades are available at any time. When downgrading, you may need to deactivate prompts to stay within the new limit.
Payment method
You can manage your payment method via the Stripe customer portal link on the billing page. Update your credit card or payment method there at any time.
Payment history
The billing page shows past invoices and payment events. A complete overview is also available in the Stripe customer portal.
Payment failure
If a payment fails, you have a grace period during which your dashboard remains accessible. Update your payment method promptly to avoid any interruption.
