Manage your subscription, compare plans, and view payment history.
Our plans
ucited.ai offers three plans tailored to different needs:
- Tester — 10 active prompts, ideal for getting started and exploring the platform.
- Starter (recommended) — 35 active prompts, competitor benchmarking, AI recommendations, and multiple clients.
- Pro — 100 active prompts, full feature set including Prompt Research, API access, and team collaboration.
Prompt limits apply across all clients. Clients are unlimited on all plans.
Where to find billing
In the dashboard, navigate to Settings → Billing. There you will find all information about your current plan, usage, and payments.
Changing your plan
Upgrades are available at any time. When downgrading, you may need to deactivate prompts to stay within the new limit.
Payment method
You can manage your payment method via the Stripe customer portal link on the billing page. Update your credit card or payment method there at any time.
Payment history
The billing page shows past invoices and payment events. A complete overview is also available in the Stripe customer portal.
Payment failure
If a payment fails, you have a grace period during which your dashboard remains accessible. Update your payment method promptly to avoid any interruption.
