Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription from the billing page at any time. Access stays active through the end of the current billing period.
You can manage your active prompts anytime. If you need more capacity, simply upgrade to a higher plan.
The 7-day trial gives you full access to every feature. The Tester plan needs no card and simply ends after 7 days unless you add one. Starter and Pro collect your card up-front and continue on the selected plan after the trial unless you cancel first. You can cancel any time from the billing page.
Credits are spent on the metered tools (Citation Gaps, AI Readiness, AI Files, Fanout, Prompt Research). One AI Files run costs 15 credits. Tracking and dashboards are not credit-capped. Depending on the tool and plan, monthly credits cover dozens of runs.
